Laundry T&Cs
We don't have many, just a few to keep things ticking on smoothly.
1.
Laundry must be paid for at the time of collection to qualify for our loyalty scheme, and for points to be added to your account.
2.
For holiday let clients, invoices are available on request. Payment is due immediately. Further washing will not be processed until payment has been received for the previous load.
3.
We will always endeavour to remove all stains and marks from laundry. Please inform us if your laundry is stained so the stain can be treated promptly. We do not guarantee to be able to remove every stain or mark. Full payment is due regardless of stain removal outcome.
